Terms of Sale
When purchasing from Vintage Xaló, we expect the information you provide us as the customer to be true and accurate, that you are of legal age and are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
Vintage Xaló retain the right to accept, modify, or decline orders. We currently accept PAYPAL as the preferred payment method, in that respect the customer agrees to the T&C’s of third party services, in this instance PAYPAL.
Returns
Please remember all vintage items have been previously worn. At Vintage Xaló we make a considerable effort to provide as much information as possible about each item we offer for sale. All garments are individually appraised and notes taken of any defects present, should any repair be necessary, this will also be noted in the description. Garments are measured and photographed, including pictures of any defects. We like buyers to feel confident with their purchases, if you should have any questions about any item we are offering for sale, please contact us.
If, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item, we can offer a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days. For hygiene purposes we do not accept the return of swimwear or lingerie.
Privacy Policy
Vintage Xaló are committed to the privacy of our clients. We will not disclose information to third parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you.
Vintage Xaló retain all rights to logos, business names and other themes used within this website. Nothing on here may be used without the prior written consent of the owner.
Vintage Xaló takes no responsibility for the loss, liability, damage, personal injury, or expense of any nature whatsoever, which may be incurred by the customer.

Shipping
All our shipping is covered by DHL, therefore our customers agree to the T&C’s of a third party service. We make every effort to offer a good shipping service with minimal delays and shipping costs that are kept to a minimum.
Covid 19
We would like to assure our clients that all the garments offered for sale have been steamed at a temperature of 120º for hygienic purposes.
For those who visit our store in person, we ask that you observe the social distancing guidelines, wear a mask and use the freely available hand sanitiser gel, as you enter and leave.
To maintain the best possible hygiene, the changing rooms will not be available at the moment.
It is preferred to pay by contactless/card.
