60’s J Tiktiner  Côte D’Azur Two Piece

Tiktiner is a clothing designer based in the french Riviera.

For many decades Tiktiner embodied the joie de vivre garments commonly worn in Cannes,

St Tropez and Nice, and appeared on the covers of Life and Elle magazines.

Two complete collections were created every year: blouses, swimsuits, coats and dresses,

some of which were sold in Harrods and Bergdorf Goodman

This two piece is superb and epitomises the Tiktiner 60’s Mediterranean style.

Straight legged trousers in fuchsia pink silk, narrow towards hem,

fully lined with front metal zip and button at waist. Size in trousers says 40

The shirt is beautifully made, the silk fabric has a geometric print, the colours are vibrant.

Six covered buttons to the front, one on each cuff, it has side vents.

It is in excellent condition for its age and shows little sign of wear.

Size label in shirt says 34 I would say, EU 38/ 40 10/12 UK Made in France
