50’s Pale Ochre Summer frock

Very nice dress in a lovely pale ochre colour.

Sleeveless with embroidered and beaded yoke.

It has three pearlescent buttons and a metal side zip.

This zip works well but has been a hand sewn replacement at some time, 

it needs inserting properly.

For the time being it is adequate, you can wear the dress.

There are two front pockets which are also beaded and embroidered

The panels from the pockets to the hem are pleated. The fabric is a good quality cotton,

which appears in reasonable condition but if you hold it to the light you can see moth damage.

For this reason I am selling it at a reduced price but it is a good vintage dress.
